My first blogger award!

Thanks a ton Paatiamma for the tag, you really made my day 🙂

Hmmm… Am supposed to write 8 things about me, sounds not very easy but let me give it a shot !

1. As the name says, I love trying out different cuisines, enjoy eating all sorts of street food, love exploring different restaurants and ambiances, relish all sorts of veg + egg dishes

2. I love reading, am a slow reader and I enjoy it that way, I take my own time to complete a book, I mostly read fiction with good plots, comics and some non-fiction work that’s very inspiring / motivating

3. Am a puzzle-lover, tricky and fun puzzles, sudoku can keep me occupied for hours and recharge me!

4. Family and friends are the ones I derive support from, look forward to at all times, my source of strength and rejuvenation.

5. I like learning new things, would like to be occupied always, love having lots of achievable short-term goals, ticking them off as they are being done

6. I love sleeping a lot and can sleep for hours together, getting up quite late on weekends are some of the moments I treasure!

7. Vacations, I just love them, finalizing a place, researching all the things to be done there and places to visit, packing stuff and buying things, lazing around, capturing all the moments, and then looking at those photos again and again 🙂

8. I love being simple, dreaming big, basking in all little pleasures of life, appreciating all the wonderful things we are blessed with 🙂

Am also to list 5 quotes which go as :

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
― Thomas A. Edison

“If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales.”
― Albert Einstein

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”
― Theodore Roosevelt

“Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be”
― Abraham Lincoln

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
